Reduce Stress by Laughing Often at Work

Even when there is nothing funny going on at work, consciously create laughter moments throughout your day. Laughter is a very good way to reduce stress and has a Positive Impact on Vascular Function.

I read silly emails and deliberately let myself laugh out loud. Scientific studies have shown that belly laughs cause the body to respond in a way similar to moderate physical exercise. So not only does laughing keep our stress level down, it helps us get physically fit too.
