RPC 5.3 WA imposes responsibilities on lawyers to ensure that the people over whom they have supervisory authority conduct themselves compatibly with the lawyer's professional responsibilities.

Amend your employment manual to include the requirement to maintain strict client confidentially in all forms of social media use.
