Irene received her law degree in 1979 and practiced law in the United States and Canada for more than 18 years. During her long and successful career, she gained a broad perspective on a variety of issues affecting the legal profession by working as general counsel and vice president for a real estate development corporation, being a member of a law firm, and ultimately by building her own solo practice. In 1997 Irene chose a new career as a Professional Business Coach, working with lawyers, professionals and executives to assist them with the management of their practice. They want to see greater improvement in their careers and more fulfillment in their lives. Her clients typically want to increase their income, improve their marketing techniques, identify their values, make a career change, overcome procrastination, redesign their practices and businesses to increase their satisfaction, or learn how to work smarter so they can do less and enjoy life more.

She works with groups to improve performance, build consensus, and establish common vision.
