Tips for Change

Connect To Self

  • Accept,
  • Admire,
  • Forgive,
  • Support, and
  • Trust yourself.

Time with Self

Reflect on who you are. Deepen your understanding of what makes you joyful by spending time alone with your thoughts. What do you know about yourself? What do you value? What are your talents? What are you passionate about? What makes you laugh?

Let go of perfectionism.
Consider how much of your valuable
time you would free up?

Mission Statement
My mission is to deliver exceptional coaching services; so that I am the catalyst that helps my clients achieve all their professional, business and personal goals. Including goals beyond their expectations.

Books Supporting Change

The Four Agreements: A Toltec Wisdom Book by Don Miguel Ruiz offers a code of conduct that if followed can markedly improve your quality of life.

The four agreements he reveals are:
1) Be impeccable with your word.
2) Don't take anything personally.
3) Don't make assumptions.
4) Always do your best.
Some of you might find his book too simplistic and not well written. I think the simplicity of the delivery of his message is one of the virtues of the book as it is an easy although thought provoking read.

Success Story

D, a lawyer, came to me because he wanted to be at the top of his profession rather than doing all right. Working together he was so successful in his marketing efforts he increased his already satisfactory revenues well over 75% in a year.

He continues to use my coaching services to maintain his higher revenue levels as well as to restructure and effectively reduce his workload.

Your coaching, consulting, or speaking referrals are appreciated!
