  • Pamper yourself.

Fall: A Time of Beginnings

Each day is an opportunity to live your life the way you want. The fall, just as when we were children going back to school, is a great time to look at what lies ahead. Are you living life the way you want?

Conscious Relaxation

  • Deep breathe.
  • Meditate daily.
  • Have a massage.
  • Read for pleasure.
  • Do nothing for at least 3 minutes.

Books Supporting Change

It is full of humorous verse and colorful pictures that encourage us to find the success within us while acknowledging the ups and downs of life.

Personal Notes

I'm married! My new name, as you can see from this newsletter, is Irene Leonard King. My husband, Maury King, is a successful residential real estate agent in Seattle. We just got back from a romantic, magical four week honeymoon that included staying in our hut right on the beach in Bora Bora, Tahiti to our tent on the shores of Lake Powell, Utah.

With all the excitement and planning of the wedding and my move I need your help. I would appreciate your referrals (as would my husband). If you know anyone that wants to make a change in their life, business, or career please give them my contact information.
