Beliefs around Change

Do you believe change will harm you? Or do you believe change will improve things?

Notice if your beliefs hold you back from embracing change. If you are willing to change what you believe - a change in your behavior will follow.

Getting through Fear

What would you do if you were not afraid? Fear is often behind our reluctance to make changes in our lives. Have you noticed that when you finally do something you fear, it was not really as difficult as you assumed?

Books Supporting Change

Who Moved My Cheese? An A-Mazing Way to Deal With Change In Your work And In Your Life by Spencer Johnson, M.D. is a well written easy to read book on how to deal with change in your work and your life that was recommended by a coaching client of mine.

The parable, which can be read in less than an hour is an enlightening story of how four different characters respond to dealing with unexpected change. The book can be used to help you determine how you and people in your life deal with change.
