Tips for Change

Enjoy Life By:

  • Not worrying about things you have no control over.
  • Slowing down even if you are in hurry.
  • Being present in the moment.
  • Giving up being in control.
  • Making positive choices.
  • Laughing more.
  • Savoring accomplishments.
  • Overcoming fear.
  • Experiencing leisure activities fully.
  • Keeping room for spontaneity.

Stop Worrying

I know it is easier said than done, but when you reduce the amount of worrying you entertain you will be much happier. Studies indicate that 95% of the things we worry about never happen.

One way to stop worrying is to focus on what is going on right now. Do not spend time worrying about what you should have done, or what you should do in the future. Rather focus on what you can do right now.

Coaching Success Story

'S' had one very difficult year. Her husband's business problems weighed heavily on her. The strength of her character and her determination to find solutions got her through. As her coach I helped her build confidence in taking control of the circumstances and following through on hard decisions to turn the situation around.

'S' saw she was creating negative possibilities; worried about what she 'thought' was going to happen. Working together she learned that kind of thinking was not helpful in handling the situation especially as the many possibilities she worried about never happened.
