Tips for Change

Clean Up During 1999

Handle all those areas of your life in this last year of the second millennium that you always said you wanted to do. Do this by:
  • Doing it now!
  • Delegating it.
  • Eliminating it
  • Paying to have it handled. Or
  • Get over it.
Take action on or remove items from your to do in the future when you have the time list.

Motivation:

What motivates you?

  • Accountability?
  • Fear?
  • Success?
  • Challenge?
  • Knowledge?
Understanding and knowing what motivates you - helps you control your action plan.

Accountability is a structure that encourages you to do what you say you are going to do. Most of us prefer self-generated action steps for our personal goals, however we often don't follow through because of the lack of external accountability. Create an effective external structure to impose accountability into your personal deadlines and you'll reach those goals easier and faster.
