Mission Statement
My mission is to deliver exceptional coaching services and be the catalyst who helps my clients achieve all their professional, business, and personal goals including those beyond their expectations.

Books Supporting Change

Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap . . . and Others Don't by Jim Collins is a book that explains why some companies become great companies. His first startling proposition is chapter one - "Good is the enemy of Great." When businesses are good they don't feel the need to achieve great.

However, Collins asserts that it is no harder to build something great than something good. Especially if the work you do is something you care about and the discipline needed to make it great comes easily and naturally to you.

Personal Celebratory Story

Over 5 years ago, working with my own coach I decided to give up practicing law and focus on becoming the best coach I could be. I think that fact - to become the best coach I could be - was pivotal for my success. That, along with my strong belief in the value of coaching, my determination, and strong work ethic is why I am celebrating my 5th anniversary as a coach. I love my work. My clients are magnificent, smart, successful, and resourceful - a pleasure to work with.

To think I get paid for working with people in this truly wonderful, fulfilling manner - Thank you.

Your coaching, consulting, or speaking referrals are appreciated!
